Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers products that have been in use for less than one year after delivery and have been used for accumulated lamp lighting time.
The lamp warranty is based on the regulations and judgment of the lamp manufacturer.
If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period due to our design or manufacturing reasons, we will only repair or replace the unit.

2. Warranty Exclusions

Please note that the warranty will not apply in the following cases, even if it is within the warranty period:
  • If the product is used in a manner that does not comply with the instruction manual.

  • If the product is modified without our consent.

  • If a lamp that does not have our shipping record is used.

3. Procedure in Case of Malfunction

If a malfunction occurs, we will handle it according to the following procedure:
  • Contact 
    Contact us (or the seller) with the product’s serial number and a description of the malfunction situation.

  • Initial Assessment
    We will ask the customer (the person who reported the malfunction) questions to obtain the necessary information.

  • Warranty Determination
    Based on the information obtained, we will consider whether the malfunction is covered by the warranty and a solution to the malfunction, and report it to the customer (or the seller).

  • Return & Factory Handling
    We will handle the malfunction (repair and optical adjustment after repair, etc.) in our factory, so please send the product to us.

  • Final Judgment & Resolution
    e will look at the actual defect and decide whether to cover the warranty and how to resolve it.

  • Quotation (if costs apply)
    If repair costs are incurred, we will submit a quote to the customer (or seller) in advance.

  • Agreement & Response
    We will respond based on discussions with the customer (or seller).

4. Services Beyond the Warranty Period

Out-of-Warranty Repair & Testing

We provide paid repair and testing services for products that exceed the warranty period or no longer meet warranty conditions.

All repair work, including optical adjustment and functional verification, is performed exclusively at our factory to ensure correct performance.

10-Year Extended Maintenance Service

For long-term reliability, we offer an optional maintenance plan of up to 10 years, which includes continuous technical support, periodic inspections, and priority repair arrangements.

Details of the extended maintenance plan, including pricing and coverage, can be provided upon request based on your system configuration and usage environment.

5. AM-Filter Service

We offer professional AM-Filter inspection services to maintain accurate spectral performance.

Filters can be replaced or upgraded depending on system age, optical condition, or new performance requirements such as extended wavelength range or improved spectral match.

Our factory technicians will evaluate filter condition and provide recommendations, quotations, and upgrade options as needed.
