Electrical Specifications
- The warranty covers products that have been in use for less than one year after delivery and have been used for less than 2000 hours (accumulated lamp lighting time).
- The lamp warranty is based on the regulations and judgment of the lamp manufacturer.
- If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period due to our design or manufacturing reasons,
we will only repair or replace the unit. - Please note that the warranty will not apply in the following cases, even if it is within the warranty period.
・If the product is used in a manner that does not comply with the instruction manual
・If the product is modified without our consent
・If a lamp that does not have our shipping record is used
- If a malfunction occurs, we will handle it in the following procedure.
- Contact us (or the seller) with the product’s serial number and the malfunction situation.
- We will ask the customer (the person who reported the malfunction) questions to obtain the necessary information.
- Based on the information obtained, we will consider whether the malfunction is covered by the warranty and a solution to the malfunction and report it to the customer (or the seller).
- We will handle the malfunction (repair and optical adjustment after repair, etc.) in our factory, so please send the product to us.
- We will look at the actual defect and decide whether to cover the warranty and how to resolve it.
- If repair costs are incurred, we will submit a quote to the customer (seller) in advance.
- We will respond based on discussions with the customer (or seller).
