  • The warranty covers products that have been in use for less than one year after delivery and have been used for less than 2000 hours (accumulated lamp lighting time).
  • The lamp warranty is based on the regulations and judgment of the lamp manufacturer.
  • If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period due to our design or manufacturing reasons,
we will only repair or replace the unit.
  • Please note that the warranty will not apply in the following cases, even if it is within the warranty period.
・If the product is used in a manner that does not comply with the instruction manual
・If the product is modified without our consent
・If a lamp that does not have our shipping record is used
  • If a malfunction occurs, we will handle it in the following procedure.
  1.  Contact us (or the seller) with the product’s serial number and the malfunction situation.
  2.  We will ask the customer (the person who reported the malfunction) questions to obtain the necessary information.
  3.  Based on the information obtained, we will consider whether the malfunction is covered by the warranty and a solution to the malfunction and report it to the customer (or the seller).
  4.  We will handle the malfunction (repair and optical adjustment after repair, etc.) in our factory, so please send the product to us.
  5.  We will look at the actual defect and decide whether to cover the warranty and how to resolve it.
  6.  If repair costs are incurred, we will submit a quote to the customer (seller) in advance.
